Project Scope & Consultation
We begin by understanding the scope of your staging needs and overall goals for selling the property. This initial phase allows us to assess the home’s layout, condition, and target buyer profile.
This can be completed through:
- A walk-through consultation, where we evaluate each space, flow, and key features in person, or
- Client-submitted ph

- Client-submitted photos and videos, which allow us to review the property remotely and identify staging opportunities
During this phase, we discuss timelines, occupancy status (vacant or occupied), areas of focus, and any recommendations to best position the home for the market.
Proposal/Design & Prep
Your proposal or detailed staging report will be sent to you within 48 hours after the scheduled walk-through.
After approval:
- A Letter of Agreement and invoice will be sent
- 50% of the total proposal is due upon signing
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of staging
Each home staging package includes a 45-day installation to help give your home the best chance at finding the perfect buyer!
